There's no other place in the world that's as beautiful as a sunny summer afternoon in the Pacific Northwest. I've been so fortunate to call this area home for over 20 years and have had the privilege of helping clients say the same thing. My passion for serving my clients goes beyond the standard Realtor responsibilities as I take pride in teaming up with each one of my clients in a personal way. About Matthew

Matthew Pelascini works out of the Windermere Bellevue Commons office and practices as an Associate Broker. He has formed a successful team around him with over 50 years of industry experience and is recognized as a top producing broker in Western Washington. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of residential real estate in Seattle and all surrounding areas and takes pride in providing counsel to a variety of different clients from first time home buyers to seasoned investors.
